Fixer-uppers. You can get a lot of house for a great price if you're not scared of a little (maybe a lot) of elbow grease. I am in the process of purchasing this fixer-upper. I'll fill you in on the purchasing process as this all unfolds, and then, should everything go through, I'll show you all the
ridiculously low budget, frugal home improvement projects I have planned for this place! Thank God I'm creative.
